FIELD REPORT: Case no. 087
One body recovered.
One Camcorder recovered.
Memory Card in tact.
Victim presumed to be a defector.
Footage found on card shows guards at the border of one of their camps:

Body was found in victim's apartment.
Cause of death: tar in blood.
Footage indicates that the guards did not attempt to stop the defector.
Editors note: hooded garment found at site B4 (Case no. 074) is seen on the guards in the cam footage (see fig 2). Speculated to be some sort of uniform. As far as the death is concerned, I can only guess it's the punishment for defecting. Maybe they waited for the victim to return to civilisation so they can 'send a message'. Fuck knows. Gives me the creeps.
